The staff were very very helpful day and night. The food was FABULOUS with plenty of choice!

the food offer is great. the deluxe twin room is bright with fair furniture away from bangkok atractions, a large comfortable bed, for instance.

Good and best possible location, it was a good stay for business trip. The area was nice close to sky train, the near by food market and Sena fest mall.

The hotel staff was not so helpful.

Comfy location, pretty nice area, adjacent to interesting authentic neighborhoods with mostly Thai locals, and Asiatique riverfront. Also, easy to get to a main church. Fine food.

Fairly clean hotel with a very helpful staff and neat and bright rooms. Fantastic and good location in Bangkok, just off shopping center as well as son restaurants, and the Skytrain. Also, to all the attractions located along the Chaopraya river banks. The rooms with double bed.

Favourable and comfortable location, it was close enough to crossing ferry to take the Skytrain, public areas and shopping center as well as son restaurants. My kid and I enjoyed being there, it's beautifully kept and absolutely fantastic hotel. The room was impeccably clean and bright, with large bed and a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The location was particularly good and comfy - just next door to the roadworks, the amazing Iconsiam mall, and tourist attractions and nightlife. It also was close to river. Big room, it had good bed...

The room was cleaned but not super clean and available with double bed. The location was particularly good and marvellous because it was near interesting authentic neighborhoods, Asiatique riverfront and the bridge. Furthermore, close to several shopping complex;)))

Booked a room with double bed. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator too. The location was ideal and unbeatable, just off River pier. Khlong San district was worth exploring.

The hotel also provided free luggage storage, which allowed me to explore Bangkok without any hassle on my last day. I had a pleasant stay at Grand Tower Inn Sathorn and would highly recommend it.
